We do not include the cost of the drawings in our overall price as we believe it is more beneficial for you, the customer, to own the drawings rather than be tied in to a single builder before an accurate quotation can be given.

Once the drawings have been prepared you can give them to any builder and ask for a quotation. All builders will then be quoting on the same drawings and you will be able to make a more accurate comparison.
