If all you have is an idea of what you want then we are willing to arrange a meeting to discuss your ideas. With over 40 years experience in the building industry, and the hundreds of extensions we have built, we are very experienced in assessing what can and can’t be done to a property. You never know, we may have ideas you have not thought of.Once you have decided which idea suits you best then we will be happy to prepare an estimate of the cost. We will also give you an estimate of the cost to produce the drawings and present them to the Local Authority on your behalf.

Should you decide to proceed, having received the estimate, then we will either put you in touch with someone to prepare the drawings, or we will be happy to prepare a fixed price quotation from your own drawings if you prefer.
