Once drawings have been prepared we will be pleased to prepare a fixed price quotation for the work detailed on the drawing.

Our quotations are very detailed and we endeavour to list all the work included.

All prices quoted are fixed for a period of two months. If accepted within two months then the price is fixed for the duration of the work.

Provisional Sums

We do include provisional sums within some quotations where the customer has not specified their exact requirements i.e. sanitary ware, electrics etc. The provisional sum would normally be deducted on the final account and the exact cost included. Customers are informed of the cost of provisional sum items before an order is placed.
